What is your MOQ?
We have a flexible MOQ with no mandatory requirements.
Do you offer free samples?
Old customers can enjoy free samples and only need to bear the shipping cost. New customers need to pay for the sample fee and shipping fee, which can be refunded after the official order is placed.
What kind of payment do you support?
Currently we only accept T/T (Bank Transfer). A 30% deposit should be paid before production and the balance should be paid before shipment. Contact us to get our Official Bank Information.
How long is your delivery date?
The delivery cycle of sample orders is usually about 7 days. The delivery cycle for bulk orders is usually 30 to 45 days, depending on the quantity and complexity of the order.
